Classic White Russian
A drink that is a dessert and a nightcap at once. It is made in the glass in about 30 seconds and looks wonderful while the cream swirls down. It is a drink for after the plates are cleared.

What you'll need
- 4 oz vodka (120 ml)
- 2 oz coffee liqueur (60 ml)
- 2 oz heavy cream or half-and-half (60 ml)
- ice
How to make it
Fill two rocks glasses with ice. Add the vodka and coffee liqueur.
Slowly pour the cream over the back of a spoon.
Stir once, gently.
Glass: Rocks glasses. Garnish: None.

Use half-and-half for a lighter version.
Chill the glass for 10 minutes.
