Ranch Water Pitcher
Ranch water is a Texas habit of tequila, lime and sparkling mineral water, and it is a very good match for smoky food: nothing sweet, nothing heavy, just cold and sharp. The mix keeps well in a pitcher and the water goes in last, so the fizz stays.
