The cosmopolitan was the party drink for a generation and it is a great one to batch, because you do not need a shaker at the table. Stir the base with ice in a jug and pour. Cranberry juice makes it pink, and lime makes it sharp.

What you'll need

1.5 cups vodka (360 ml)
0.5 cup orange liqueur (120 ml)
1 cup cranberry juice (240 ml)

How to make it

Stir everything together in a pitcher and chill 1 hour.
Stir over ice in a jug for 20 seconds.
Strain into chilled coupes and add a twist.
