Lavender Lemon Honey Fizz

Lavender is a flavour to use with restraint, which is why a steeped syrup is the right way in. Honey and lemon keep it from tasting like soap. Add a splash of gin and it becomes a very pretty cocktail; leave it out and it is a remarkable lemonade.
