Limoncello Spritz

A sunny-looking drink that is almost impossible to get wrong. Limoncello is sweet, so the prosecco must be dry, and the soda opens it up. It is the drink to give a neighbour who arrives carrying a plant.

What you'll need

  • 1 cup limoncello, chilled (240 ml)
  • 1 bottle dry prosecco, chilled (750 ml)
  • 1 cup club soda, chilled (240 ml)
  • lemon slices, mint and ice

How to make it

  1. Fill glasses with ice, a lemon slice and a mint sprig.

  2. Add about 3 tablespoons limoncello to each.

  3. Add prosecco and a splash of soda.

  4. Glass: Wine glasses. Garnish: A lemon slice and a mint sprig.

Keep the limoncello in the freezer.
