Brown Sugar Chai Steamer
Chai tea bags make this a five-minute job, and brown sugar gives it a caramel note that goes with the whole Thanksgiving menu. It is a gentle drink for children and for anyone who has had enough of the fizzy ones. Use decaf tea bags for after-dinner.

Whisk hard just before pouring for a foamy top.
